Founder & Managing Attorney

Marco Carrasco advises internationally active investors, energy developers, and globally connected stakeholders navigating complex regulatory, legal, and commercial environments across the US, Mexico, and the EU. Licensed in California and Mexico and operating from Madrid, he holds a Master’s in Comparative Law and completed the Senior Management Program (SMP) at IE Business School.

 

He combines this specialized legal foundation with direct operational exposure to infrastructure and project development. This experience informs a practical advisory approach grounded not only in legal analysis, but also in regulatory execution, stakeholder coordination, project development, and institutional credibility.
